- Split chana dal – 1/2 cup
- Rice ravva – 1 cup
- water – 2 cups
- ginger – 1 tbsp, chopped
- green chilli – 1 tbsp, chopped
- cumin / jeera – 1 tbsp
- salt – 1/2 tbsp
- Rice flour – 2 tbsp
Step 1 Take 1/2 cup of chana dal and a bowl.
Step 2 Add water and soak for 15 min.
Step 3 In a kadai take 2 cups of water.
Step 4 Add soaked chana dal and mix well.
Step 5 Cook chana dal for 5 min in medium flame.
Step 6 After 5 min chanadal cooked 30% now add ginger, greenchilies, cumin seeds and salt and mix well.
Step 7 Now add 1 cup of rice ravva and rice flour to it and stir well.
Step 8 keep stirring for 2 min to avoid lumps.
Step 9 Add chopped curry leaves and mix well.
Step 10 Close the lid and cook for 10 min in low flame.
Step 11 Rice ravva and chanadal cooked well, stir once.
Step 12 Now transfer to a bowl and let it cool completely.
Step 13 Take small portion of the mixture and make laddus.
Step 14 Place all prepared laddus in steamer and steam for 10 min.
Step 15 Let these kudumulu cool completly.
Step 16 Ejoy these spicy kudumulu with coconut chutney / sambar / Mango pickle.
